Steeping Instructions

Brew: 1 tsp of tea per 8oz (250ml) H20

Water Temperature: 175°F (79°C) Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil and pour to steep

Steep Time: 4–7 mins

On a visit to Eldorado Hills I stopped into your shop n this was one of my purchases. That was years ago but I still order it online. I grew up drinking sleepy time but I love how this blend has more of a berry flavor. Every night I steep it in hot milk n it helps me fall asleep.
