How to make #107 Straight up Matcha

Place two bamboo scoops (approx 1/2-1 tsp) of Matcha into a small bowl.
Add 2-3 oz of pre-boiling water (180F/80C)
Using a bamboo whisk, whisk, the matcha quickly in a "W" motion. This process aerates the matcha, creating a nice frothy layer on the surface.
Add up to 6 oz of hot water to taste and concentration or put over ice
