Chamomile Tea
This is the smoothest chamomile tea I’ve ever had. It’s become a part of my nighttime ritual for winding down; a nice way to bring calm to the end of a day.
Ingredients: chamomile
1oz (28 grams)

Steeping Instructions
Brew: 1 tsp of tea per 8oz (250ml) H20
Water Temperature: 195°F (90°C) Bring fresh, cold spring water to a boil and pour to steep
Steep Time: 4–7 mins
Infusions: 1x
This tea is great iced too!
